why do my instructions say to put the pedals on up side down and them screw them in is there a left or right prdal

I just put my Ellipse exerciser together. I am a lady, 85, and followed your video instructions. It was great BUT why did you have the video so speeded up? I had to keep shutting the video off as I worked! But I got it together, did 500 steps on it at speed 1. I will work slowly so my muscles adjust. It feels really good on the legs. The video was too fast for instructional help. Couldn't you put it normal speed and show each thing be done more close up? Would help if someone spoke in the video instructing. Didn't help me much.

I bought the LegXercise Pro the light does not come on it does not work and the instruction video is only in Spanish 😢

Why does mine say I need to glue the pedal screws and let them set for 24 hours before use? It comes with the glue, it's just not overly specific, and this demo doesn't mention it. If you have any clue, I'd appreciate some insight.

Got mine put together, but this video goes too fast. I had to keep pausing and backing up to see what he was doing. Instructions instead of annoying music would have been much better. I had to keep referring to the booklet for detailed instructions. It would have also been helpful if whoever boxed my unit had put the "left pedal" label actually ON the left label.

I’m trying to return my Ellipse but there’s no phone number and when I try to email it won’t send. No customer service 😢 Don’t know how to get it resolved
