Usually, great qbs lead their team to a Superbowl in their first 4 or 5 years. Dak has had really good o-lines, good running backs and excellent wr corps and in all fairness hasn't gotten close. One or two playoff wins isn't close. It's really unfortunate because my faith and expectations were high. There are outliers like Plunkett and Doug Williams who won in their later years. Those guys improved alot in their latter years. Maybe he'll improve on his decision making. He definitely needs to work on those out routes before his wides make their breaks. Those interceptions in the latter part of the season pretty much reflect how he would fail in the playoffs. That defense played their asses off against the 49'ers and deserved better play from Dak. He talks like a leader, but is he?

I have no idea why is being so super diplomatic about this, because as a quarterback and having been under many different coaches, he would have a very well informed idea of how to fix this.. or at least propose a few very worthwhile and useful suggestions.

Im glad they were able to bring it together as the show went on. It started off rocky but both were mature and stood there ground.

I'm a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan till I die but I Truly in the ability, and confidence of whom Dak is as a professional QB and as a Leader! He's the perfect man for the position and the confidence he portrays to the fans and others that don't/hate America's Team! Nothing/No one could EVER change my mind on this issue, Ever 💯

Troy is being PC AF! I've been saying Dak wasn't the guy since Romo lost hs job. That would have been a SB team! Dak's arm isn't strong enough to throw a 20 yard out w/out it being picked. He's indecisive, misses wide open receiver's when it really counts, I've seen him connect on a pass of 50+ yards down the field (Hilton). Missing Gallop, and 2 picks is why we are out! I can go on..grrrr
