Bro, I mean it wouldn't help much.
Fallacies:
1.You are giving meanings of very basic words like story, hope, dinosaur
I mean everyone knows that.
2.You can give meanings of only those which are either up or down in your subtitles.
3.You are giving only one (or two) meanings but we all know that a single word have different meanings at different places (like adjective from, verb form and more)
4.we would have to pause the video to read the meanings and understand it ( because no one is so fast to read words and understand meanings) which would interrupt the whole speech.

It will be more helpful if you provide us pdf of tough words of a speech in an extended form (like an authentic dictionary mentions) in your description link.
It would help a lot because first we will go through your pdf and then will listen to your speeches and will be able to understand then.
