Didn't expect this in Jakarta before, Jakarta was 3x wider than Amsterdam, it took at least 2 years to explore Jakarta, stop saying don't expect this in Jakarta, go to South Jakarta maybe you will be more surprised to see skyscrapers everywhere🤣🦶🏼

Janine.., PIK 2 China Town is not far a way from:
- La Riviera PIK2 Kota Amsterdam
- Pantai Aloha PIK2.
You should also visit both places when you are in North Jakarta.. 🤩🤩🥰🥰

you can stay in Tokyo riverside apartment in PIK 2, there are other options in PIK 2 such beach, prayer garden, hangout for foodie ... in batavia cove you can drive a 3 wheel electric bike ... for malls ypu can go to PIK avenue, ofc the Central Park etc ...

while in trip to Bandung, you can go first to Puncak (Bogor), it offers zoo (taman safari), nicole park, or you can do paragliding there ...

That is not a temple, but actually a foundation. Inside there were galleries to promote doing good deeds. It's called Tzu Chi for a reason. And there is a school on the left side of the building, which gets crowded in the afternoon during weekdays.

*Welcome back, Janine. You should go to "the thousand islands". What local and foreign vloggers rarely do in Jakarta are the islands north of Jakarta, called "Pulau Seribu" (the thousand islands). You can stay in a bungalow in the middle of the sea, Wow! Hahaha just googling it!*

FYI: If you in Jakarta and missed beach or little island atmosphere, go to Thousand Islands (Pulau Seribu) by boat, they are located off the north coast of Jakarta, and the territory still belongs to the city of Jakarta, part of North Jakarta. It's means you still in Jakarta. This is what most people forget, even by Jakartans, that Jakarta has many islands and you don't have to go to Bali

Great content! But wow, PIK is massively different now!! I used live in PIK. I grew up there pretty much. There was nothing there but houses. Ah memories. I would get lost in Jakarta now. I live in the US.
