Story time.

I used to do this with Eckhart tolles power of now book, everytime i had a problem i opened a random page but first held the book and took a deep breath and cleared my mind, always it worked.

Anyway when i was first offered the book at 18 it made no sense i laughed at it and gave it back to my sister, only some years later after a bad relationship and extreme suffering i found the book again and it all clicked... later i went travelling because of the journey i was on spiritually and somehow forgot it left it in my room, so im walking in thailand and i look over the street to see a book store go straight in and the first shelf i go to theres a copy of power of now... i open the book and what falls out, a book marker, what is the book marker? Its a ticket from custom house square belfast, i live in belfast northern ireland and im in thailand traveling and the 1 book in the 1 store i find it has a book marker from my little home city of all the places in the world, i had forgot all about this till this video its making me smile remembering it, so to me yes books are something special and come to you in a time when you need them

Eckhart’s book ‘Stillness Speaks’ also works the same way - both audio version and print. I use the audio version for meditation 🧘🏼‍♂️
