*I disagree!*
There is a difference between using 100% capacity/saturation and 100% area of the brain. I agree we use 100% AREA of our brain in multiple sectors throughout our day, and not all at once. But do you think we use 100% CAPACITY of even one sector of our brain? If yes, Why can't we all be born ambidextrous, writing with both hands etc? Why are brain activities (capacity of utilising it) on any region varying person to person?

So when they say we only use about 10% of our brain, I think is the capacity (how capable we are) or the saturation of any region of the brain. Otherwise, we all would have had the same level of maxed-out brain activities in every area, ie Everyone equally smart, Everyone ambidextrous. I believe we certainly haven't reached the limit of brain activity a region of a person's brain could possibly do.

He didn't make any arguments against it!

LMAO! What is this ridiculous joke of a 50 second video claiming to debunk the 10% brain myth by simply saying, "This is wrong". WOW what a compelling presentation!

Where's the research behind the assertion here. He just references a movie..

We are conscious to only 5 % of our cognitive activity. While 95% is unconscious.

It does math. It counts (biological clock/circadian rhythm) it records faces and information we may not have access to consciously. Even when we dream we construct vivid and detailed scenes.

That’s how I always saw this 10% brain myth. I believe there is “untapped” cognitive potential.

Nick Spitzer definitely is using 100% of his mustache.

It's glorious!

I trust Lucy more than Nick Spitzer as he gave no practical examples, whereas Lucy made herself disappear in front of Professor Norman & his crew and camera recorded it, she even gave a USB of her data downloaded into that. I`m sure in Lucy 2 she will throw Nick Spitzer in outer space for his foul language against her.

Actually he said we use 100% of our 10% usage✌️

He's probably using his 100% brain 😂😂

Maybe even the professor used only 10% of his brain and he thought he's using 100 of it 🤔🤔🤔

Cuz this is how my 10% brainer classmates make statements on debates, just tell em thats how it is and never support your point. Let'em 100% brainers figure out why they said that 😂, It's like he did 10% research using 10% brain usage.

So again, I'll give yall some time to ponder...

Actually, this is not correct. What percentage of our brain is used at one time might be the better question. The video states credentials and not references. I am a fisherman so you can trust me! Type in "Man with tiny brain shocks doctors" into google. His brain is mostly fluid and he still functions normally. It turns out we can live with mostly a thin outer layer of our brain. An important note is that this happened very slowly so the brain had time to adapt and switch function to healthy brain tissue. I would imagine if you just removed that much brain and replace it with water that you would die or at least be in an unrecoverable coma.

It's about expanding our consciousness I think, let's say our consiousness is expanded 5% or maybe atmost 10 or 12%!And yea we use all our 100% of our brain otherwise we could be disabled in many cases!
But imagine if you could expand your consciousness to atleast 20% something truly hard to achieve, a lot in your life would be easier to deal with you kinda could control your future I control anything more about yourself, someone like Jesus who could heal people(if believe!)or Buddha
