Taste Testing Asian Pickled Radish!

I try new foods and new flavors all the time. Trying new food expands your palate and helps you create new flavors when you cook. Today I tried an Asian Pickled Radish. Watch the video for my review on the flavor! Turns out you can cut this into thin strips and use in your sushi rolls! Yum!!

I have never had Korean pickle radish I don’t know why I always thought they would taste like pineapple but that’s what I thought. They look like they would taste sweet and savory I don’t know why I thought that but I did. Thank you so much for this video. Slice this thin with carrots and cucumber, make rice and roll in seaweed..its delicious

The best part about daikon yellow pickled radishes is that they only take 5 hours to make. (Also the yellow color comes from the turmeric that it’s pickled in.)

Very informative, thanks for that. I thought they might have some sweetness but it seems like they don't. Just a little feed back, please don't call it weird. Certain food can be unfamiliar to some but like everyday staples for other.

I bought a pack and threw it away because I thought it was rotten, because of the smell. I guess I should try it again. lol!!
