Worcester Firefighters Plunge Into Frigid Water For Ice Rescue Drills

Each year, Worcester firefighters plunge into the water to practice what they would do when called upon for an ice rescue. The Worcester Fire Department gave WBZ-TV's Jacob Wycoff a chance to be a victim.

I used to walk on frozen ponds, lakes, streams and I never fell through when I was a kid. My friends and I at the time would stomp on the ice, and make it break. I would never do that now because I was a stupid kid.
