HAPPY FOR ANY ANSWER:we are 2 players, the amount is on 30 and its player 1's turn and player 1 only has 4 "snippy" card left on the hand, what happens?

I'm still finding a situation I'm not sure how to solve, and that's the situation where *a player plays their last card.* The question is: does it matter which card they play? Imagine:
· Timer is at 60. Player's last card is a +10. Timer is at 70, but player used their last card. Which event takes priority?
· Player uses last card, which is a Boom card. What happens: they win the round because they used their last card, or the Boom card has effect and other players have to use Hold card?
· Player uses last card, which is _swap hand with another player._ Once again, what happens: player wins because they don't have any cards, or they swap and give victory to other player?
As I have not been able to find an explanation for this, my _house rule_ is that playing last card has the highest priority on winning, no matter what that card is
