There should be a way to bank argon for later right?

Lets try one out, see what happens, with questionable results.

Sadly you can't hold argon crystals when you cancel a blueprint that uses argon crystals it will be lost even with the timer.i have tried it before

I run a capture or an exterminate in the void and come out with atleast 2 or 3 if you're lucky without a booster. Just open caches and break loot boxes

to mutch work for something i can farm in no time in the void. argon was never a problem

Its still a tonne easier just to do a capture mission in the void with some form of loot detector on and get argon that way in a 5 minute run lol. so i fail to see the point lol.

Argon has a half life. You don't lose all of it when the timer rolls over but half of it. Just grind void missions a few days before the update and build up a pile then it will be cut in half every day(rounding down to nearest whole number).

If you cancel, even right away, you lose the argon crystal no matter what

If you try to cancel a Blueprint that uses Argon crystals they are instantly consumed. If you cancel it you get everything back BESIDES the ARGON CRYSTALS! Sorry, i tried that already.

Considering that when a new Prime drops, the best way to farm the relics are void captures (and Lua Disruption), you get a ton of Argon so they're not an issue. Recently decided to finally farm Atlas P neuros I was missing and ended up wit over 40 Argon before I got even a handful of the relevant relics.
Argon is just a resource that can't be stockpiled, but nowhere near hard enough to farm the two pieces most blueprints need

What I hope to be added in the future is instead of the incubator being active, you have an argon crystal storage upgrade that can store up to 5 crystals permanently.

I think the material required in crafting is consumed when you claim the blueprint. they aren't removed when you start the building timer :3

Honestly, while it is annoying to deal with argon, it doesn't take much time to do a solo void capture for a few.

xaku with greedy pull can get you a half dozen in two minutes in a void capture in SP.

I'm pretty sure that when DE added the Cancel Feature they said that you would get everything back except Argon.

It won’t hold the argon, it’ll eat the argon crystal and when you cancel the build.
