You guys and your music have helped me in ways I can’t even describe in my grief journey of losing my wife of 6 years. We’ve both been fans since your Heroin/The Cure EP release and those songs were both the soundtracks to our most dysfunctional of times and eventually, for me at least, my recovery. And at both a year clean and sober and a year after losing her to this disease, it felt like such a heart wrenching yet cathartic experience to see this live at the Echoplex a few months back for not just me but for her and I definitely know she was right there with me for it. I will never be able to truly express just how thankful I am to you both. I truly owe you my life.
