Ok, this needs to be addressed:
Frostmourne did not make Arthas more powerful, as it drew it's power from the lich king.
When Nur'zul weakened, so did frostmourne, but so long as Nur'zul was killing people, he kept getting stronger, without Frostmourne even being involved.
Frostmourne just facilitated this, and allowed for Arthas's corruption, as it was linked to the Helm.
When Arthas returned to the Frozen Throne, it was not frostmourne, but the Lich King who empowered him.
Therefore, Bolivar should have been just as powerful as Arthas, if not more so, as he would have inherited all the souls Arthas had, and people have died to the scourge since then.
Frostmourne is a powerful weapon, but it was never the source of the Lich King's power. That hammer Bolivar wields is likely similar in power.

Fookin hell this video made me just sad, like the shadowlands trailer. Everyone gets defeated by a large enough number of enemies no matter how powerful they are. Lich Kings true power comes from the army of undead, undead army is basically infinite (not Legion level of infinite though). Sylvanas might be stronger but she would have "died" just from the LKs welcoming party. How can she defeat about 100 undead between her and LK (I would assume more would come all the time) she doesn't have AoE spells, she has arrows about a quiverful?, two daggers/swords but she couldn't dodge every attack while attacking herself. How can she defeat them if they attack all at the same time? But who knows maybe Bolvar didn't want to use the armies but she did take the helm of domination against his will so i don't know. Also how the heck Bolvar can still use LKs powers after HoD got destroyed...

What i'm getting at is 2019 is the year when bad writing and political agendas finally took over everything and became the new normal.

i think balvor has the potential to be more powerful then arthas because Balvors mind was not corrupted, and at the time he was a WAY better warrior then Arthas.
