Ingredients:-

For the Vanilla Sponge
200g Unsalted Butter (Softened)
200g Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
200g Self-raising Flour (Sifted)

For The Sugar Syrup
150g Caster Sugar
150ml Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For The Meringue Buttercream
270g Caster Sugar
65ml Water
150g Egg Whites(From approx. 5 eggs)
340g Unsalted Butter, Diced and Softened
1Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Piping bad
Open Star Nozzle
3x 15cm (6inch) cake tins
Parchment Paper
