LOL, while everyone worries about range anxiety, I ride my Powerfly with an extra RIB battery in my EVOC FR TRAIL E-RIDE hydration pack. I can change the RIB out in 3 minutes on the side of the trail, super easy. TREK ABP and Bosch for the win.

I have two new Trek Rail 9.7 MTBs with RIB. They should have called it RIP. One the batteries fell out on the trail. I've been told that there is no tool to setup the battery mounting brackets, so they are all done by hand. Good luck with that. Now I use zip ties to hold the batteries in the downtube. Not bad for a $6500 bike.

What would be useful is a video on gear or cable replacement on the powerfly 7 2019. There are a series of cable routes via the motor, surely we do not need to remove the motor to change cables?!

I can’t see if you’re turning the key clockwise or counter-clockwise when you unlock the battery. My salesman turned the key the wrong way and locked the battery sitting half way out of the compartment. Before I even took the bike home, a bike mechanic had to keep it overnight and disassemble the bike to get to the latch that was jammed. Your video borders on the useless. I thought Trek was better than this. If not resolved and/or explained thoroughly, I have seven days to return the bike and look at other brands. There’s no in-depth manual supplied with the $3, 300 bike I bought today.

Pain in the ass to reinstall!! I've gotten mine stuck more than once. Poor design and interesting they really don't show you how to properly angle the pack to reinstall, do they!

my battery is stuck in my ebike and i cannot get it out with twisting the key, i’ve tried to force it with a screw driver but it doesn’t budge what do i do?

Anda en vez de comparar la bici con una Levo, arreglar todos los problemas de ruido de Motor y de baterias, que para que no se escuche la bateria bajando hay que llevarla atada con una cuerda, madre mia que comparación mas mala.
