I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

Every Sunday, I'll gonna make healthy XXL Protein Pancakes for Breakfast. The leftover dough will turn into small pancakes, which I'll put in the freezer for the rest of the week. You can perfectly toast them 😊

Most of the time I'll drink a smoothie, eat pancakes and fried eggs with vegetables for breakfast. Sounds a lot, but it's a light and smol breakfast with much protein and nutritions ❤
