We can’t afford police help. City hall building is under construction. It’s more important than citizen protection. After all we have to make Minneapolis a 1rst class city and that means beautiful new buildings instead of citizen protection. That makes total sense to the shitty council.

Haha, more Police from outside help, great way to increase police brutality. Shouldn't police be from the city they work and have community knowledge trust engagement.
