This is how much Jordan has been protected because I have heard these time and time again from multiple sources:

1) Jordan is undefeated in the playoffs (he won 6 rings across a span of 15 seasons)
2) Jordan never missed a shot (he made a video saying he missed tons of shots)
3) He never had teammates (basketball is 5 on 5 and Pippen led in more categories than Jordan, he had shotmakers to get clutch points, and he had an all time rebounder)
4) he is the most mentally tough player ever (he quit when his father passed which is obviously devastating but other athletes go through that and don’t quit; he also quit when Jackson left which is the opposite of mentally tough; he also snapped on his teammates how many times which showed he broke)
5) rings is all that matters and Jordan is the goat (9 players have 7 or more rings and 3 players have 6 rings)

Skip Bayless is probably the most annoying pro Jordan fan although at least he knows what he is talking about. If you actually looked at James' average seasonal stats he is not even top 20, but that fact is really protected from the averge Lebron groupie. Do yourselves a favor and go to his stat page and compare him to league averages esp midrange shooting, turnovers and clutch. He is near league worst in all 3.
