Yup. My mother had the same condition. 27 pounds and the size of a basketball. She had sense enough to have it removed but it put her into sudden-onset menopause and that was terrible also

Since I didn't go anywhere during the pandemic (because of my asthma, I was afraid of what could happen if I got infected), during that period my hormones went crazy, and my endometriosis generated giant cysts. Honestly? I thought I had gained weight during the pandemic by eating and not exercising. But at the beginning of 2022, pain in my abdomen led me to tests that discovered the cysts, which were beginning to compress the rest of the organs. In March I had a hysterectomy removing 3 cysts, the largest measuring 23cm. So a large tumor may not kill you, but it will make your life much more difficult.
