Someone please help. I’m having the biggest issue no one has gone over specifically that actually helps. So in long story short I’m having a usb driver problem. I’ve done literally everything you can do to update the drivers. FOR THE MOST PART it wouldn’t do anything except say the same thing (configuration descriptor request failed) did the most to make anything change but then FINALLY for one out of the 50 times I at least got my computer to recognize it within the sound & video game controller option in device manager & will come up as “Launchpad MK2” but I can’t get it to do anything on the mpc itself the lights just stay floating around. & I also can’t fully go through with the mk2 firmware updater once I get to this point because it says I’m still waiting for the driver installation. Although when I’m in ableton. In midi preferences I can select “launchpad mk2” as my control surface. “Notation usb audio device” as my input & “novation usb audio device” as my output. BUT THE PAD STILL DOES NOTHING. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

I followed everything and it works but when I add a plugin or sound the lights stop working. pls help..
