Just picked up my PHEV, premium. This car is awesome and I am so happy with what Ford did with it. Feels very modern and has a more utilitarian look. Those front fog lights are sick. Rapid red with space gray interior 😁

Thank you so much for how thoroughly you researched this vehicle ! I have watched several videos about the 2023 Ford Escape Platinum Hybrid AWD, and this one by far has given me more information about what to expect when ours arrives (we ordered it last December...and it just came off the assembly line). I now have more information than I could get from the sales person, from the Ford site, and from other reviews. Your thoroughness is amazing! I really appreciate it!

Picked up my 2023 escape hybrid last week. I have the moon roof but did not get the tow package. So glad I went for the platinum trim version. Loving all the extras.

At minute 32 there is a brief comment about the turn signal being too quiet. I noticed the same thing on mine. Perhaps Ford can increase the volume to a more standard level via a software update. With all these other fancy high tech features, let’s not neglect the basics.

I have a 2023 Platinum Hybrid Escape and love it. The only problem I’ve had, with only 19500 kilometres / 12000 miles on it it’s on its third battery. They need to upgrade the battery.

You’re showing a top trim. BUT when you activated the left turn signal it didn’t show the blind spot on the dash. That’s one of the main things I want.Does escape have that function?

Good job. Your narration is informative yet easy to follow. Product knowledge very good. One point, what Ford sells is called "B & O by Bang and Olufsen", which I believe is a budget level design and less impressive than a true Bang & Olufsen system. Not sure why Bang & Olufsen would agree to do that, it tarnishes their image in my opinion.

: I would like mine to startup in ECO mode, but I am unable to find a way to set that up. It always starts in “Normal” even if it was in ECO when I turned the car off; or when I set the memory buttons. Any suggestions? I have the same trim level as shown.

The ST-LIne Elise is a lot more configurable. than the Plantinum.
