Fix Battlefield 5 Crashing, Freezing, Fix Battlefield V Not Launching, Low FPS, & Black Screen On PC

Steps to Fix Battlefield 5 Crash on Startup, Crash to Desktop (CTD) Black Screen, Low FPS, Fix Battlefield 5 Not Launching, Fix Battlefield V Crashing on Windows 10 PC

Step 1) Close OneDrive or unlink OneDrive while playing the game
Step 3) %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Battlefield V
Delete ALL of the files within that directory.
Repeat the above for this location:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\D3DSCache
Step 4) Run game in DX11 mode:
Find "PROFSAVE_profile" the user's documents in Windows.
Change the value "1" to "0" and which disable Directx12
Step 5) Run Nvidia Control Panel in debug mode
Step 7) Update Windows 10
Step 8) Try starting the BFV as an administrator using exe file
Step 9) Repair/Verify the BFV game files from Origin/Steam
Step 10) Disable full-screen optimizations and Change the high DPI settings
Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card, run BFV on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Turn off the origin/steam overlay, also close additional overlay application, perform clean boot, close all the overclocking and background application
Step 13) Allow BFV game exe file to your antivirus program or controlled folder access
Step 14) Run BFV in Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
Step 15) Update the System BIOS
Step 16) Uninstall and reinstall BFV

Thank you so much, I tried almost all of the smaller fixes you mentioned yesterday, (didn't work then),
but tried the bigger fixes today, installed visual c++ files and new graphics drivers today, and also ran in compatibility mode for windows 8, now bf5 is launching..
I reinstalled the whole 90gb game 3 times before stumbling onto your video. Thank you so much, again.

Go to power, go to processor power management, go to maximum processor state and change from 100 percent to 99 percent. Hope that helps.

Guys! I found the way to fix it! Well, it worked for me. You simply have to run the launcher as administrator and if not working, for me, I put the game on windows without border and now, I can play!

Tried everything from this video, nothing works.. the only solution I found was my motherboard was dying (giving a EA crash and LiveKernel crash).. and done! Replace the entire MOBO and now is working again!

In my case i fixed the error putting ON only one screen (i have two showing the desktop) in the windows config screen. Then alt+tab, put extend mode again and solved. *sorry for my bad english*

I have gtx 1650 gc in my win 11 laptop. Battlefield 5 always gets stuck in the introduction scene where it shows "hope.atrocity.death".I want to play this game eagerly but the issue persists. Kindly help

cant believe what an absolute trash this game has become, worked everything, did everything on your video, game just wont run.. keeps on crashing like anything, in the middle of rounds, from menu, from lobby.. randomly anything af.

** FIXED ** UPDATE_ I've had the game 3 or 4 weeks.. Hardly have played it, and now I get a black screen when loading in multiplayer.. Game is just junk... For what I paid for the game I shouldn't need to be a programmer to get the game to work.
