Alrighty, so I know a lot of y'all have been waiting for this one since hearing it at the end of Jon's TEENAGERS video.

And here it is!! I've done The Black Parade before, but not anywhere near the production levels that Jon and co. (Travis Carte) can produce. Not to mention, Jon's vocals are T H I C C.

As for my rendition, we were trying to go for something a little more "raw", if you will. Hence the lack of much, or any, vocal correction on the opening lines. If you're looking for a more "perfect" cover, you'll have to check out my old one heh.

More than a year ago.... More than a year ago Johnathan Young and Caleb Hyles shook us all to our cores, by recreating- no... Remastering the anthem for a generation full of kids. Once again we were brought back to that parade, and we were once again asked to be the savior of the broken and the damned. As always, whenever I feel like I need to go, or can't handle something, I carry on. This song helps me carry on when I feel like I can't . Thank you both, for reigniting the spark I thought I had lost. Thank you for reminding the world that it can't break me, nor take my heart. If anyone out there is in a place where they feel like they can't make it, or that they're drowning, just know you're not alone. Carry on.

As someone who lost his Dad at a young age I don't think think this song is particularly emo, I find it uplifting. It talks about how no one asks for loss but you have to deal with it. "I'm just a boy who had to sing this song."

The beginning of this song is my favorite part. (Got me through a lot.) Granted I absolutely love the whole thing. But Caleb what you did with the beginning made me cry happy tears. Love you guys.
