You're making it difficult to use our own phones, while at the same time having an extremely narrow choice of phones that we can buy from you (unless I guess if we awkwardly contact you), not to mention they're more expensive than other places where they're sold. It all feels kind of half-arsed and not really any interest in a good customer experience. You pay lip service to it, but you don't actually do it. Its a shame because its really not much effort to just expand your range of phones, or to put the details for setting up a phone bought elsewhere on your site. And thats why it feels so bad, because you can't even be bothered to do that. And no I don't want to contact customer service, I want to do it myself, whats the point in loads of people constantly contacting you for information and products that could just already be on your website?
