Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort - IS THIS A REAL 5-STAR HOTEL?

I spent 5 nights at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort. In this video, I'll tell you whether it's worth it or not! This trip happened at the end of November.

I was there in June, and we loved it. We were enclave and had access to the private sections. Our room was Ocean View and we did not have the tub.
There's a NOTE about the water pressure at the kiddie pool.
The staff were phenomenal.
We called to adjust AC as we do in most hotels. The only thing was that entertainment shut down at 11pm.
Please, what's your beef again?

Thank you for your video! I’m planning on going to Cancun next year and was waiting for someone to post video of the new Mar caribe Cancun! I’ve watched all your four videos and they all seem great. Out of all four Hilton all inclusive hotel in Cancun, which one would you rate best?

I feel like the reason it's bad is because unlike some other Hilton resorts, this one was bought by Hilton. That's why whenever booking resorts by famous brands I double check to make sure it hasn't been bought from another company because I don't want to risk poor service for me and my family.

Thanks. This was a much needed review, and I was impressed. Just a question. In the second room that they move you to, what was wrong with the A/C? I am very sensitive to a hot room and love a good A/C unit. In the room you ended up staying in did you find the A/C was adequate even though it was not adjustable?

Do they have life jackets for the kids ? I really do not feel like packing one. I am heading there at end of the month and I booked this when it was the Royal Uno with excellent reviews. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the wonderful review. Did you book this with points? Did they give any upgrades do a better room during check-in? Was the Vela restaurant okay? Because I'm seeing so many negative reviews about their breakfast and lunch. I was also wondering if they had enough chairs/beds near swimming pool or did you have to grab it early in AM?

I went last year twice but it was called Royal Uno, the prices were affordable, two nights room with beach view for 2 people I spent 700 dollars, the hotel is the same, it just changed the name, I would like to understand the increase of more than double, same period, march 2023 and march 2024, same room 1815 dollars, how they justify it ? do you eat better?

Awesome review. We'll be going in 2 weeks. How was the kids club? We're traveling with 2 small kids and were told you can drop off the kids kind of like a daycare?
