CT police officer attacked by hammer-wielding suspect: Body cam

The Office of the Inspector General released body camera footage that shows a Middletown police officer being attacked by a man wielding a hammer. The officer shot and wounded the suspect.

The body camera footage was released as part of the investigation.

i'm not trying to be sexist or anything but it seems like the female cops are always late with responses. like the female cop that had her torn off her head by the guy who wouldn't let go and she never popped him because she fear the backlash. molly you were in danger girl and you pulled your weapon too late. you might want to rethink your career choice.

She doesn't need to be a cop. She never stood her ground, pointed directly at his chest and lit him up like he should have been. Her weapon was dang near pointed at the ground and even though she luckily landed one in his stomach he still overpowered her physically. No cops male or female who aren't physically fit and strong enough to fight and brave enough to shoot.
