Make Glados from portal? The community could use it when they make maps. Now they use the sounds from the game, but it would be much cooler if they could make her say exactly what fits their own maps. A Glados generator would be awesome!
Cave Johnson would be cool too, but I suspect much harder.

Dude, this is scary. I mean I apreciatte the tecnology behind this and the work behind the creation, but, I know and I am sure by some researching that many people are trying to buy or get acces to this for entertainment or economic purposes. And thats not a thing that I would specially care about much, but I can't imagine what things others could do with this program. I think and you said that it's a Custom IA process, are you afraid that some people may replicate your work and use's it from their interests? And, as said, I know this is happening because a Tv station here in Spain wants to do a special on they revive a tv personality that is dead, with voice and video.
