I love that artists feel less pressure to conform to only one genre these days! Just let people make the music they want to make.

I was born like 10 miles away from where she was born. Just now finding that out. Love her so much. As a gay guy from southern Missouri, she heals me.

I really appreciate that Kelleigh gave space in this interview for moments of silence to let Chappell gather her thoughts before answering. I feel like so many interviewers try to keep a constant dialogue going, even if it means them talking more than the interviewee. This felt like a much more natural conversation because of those breaks and showed that Kelleigh was truly listening. Truly a great interview all around

Chappell hit the nail on the head for nostalgic 90s country.

The chemistry is impalpable, and I don’t think Chappell has ever been MORE comfortable in an interview before… This was lovely to watch. Felt like I was a fly on the wall watching two friends catching up.

It is so refreshing to hear from a woman with such clear ideas that it makes one feel proud and still believe a little bit in the human species, all is not lost, Thank you Chappell.

48 Year old Cis male here and one thing I have to say was the first time I heard Pink Pony Club (my daughter and her girlfriend played it on a car ride). I was drawn to something in that song that I could feel. Then I heard the Tiny Desk performance and when I heard The Giver I realized what it was. Your roots show in your music and you don't shy away from it. I respect that.

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful Chappell interviews I've seen. She felt comfortable enough to share a lot of deep stuff. Loved the connection between these two women.

Love that hairstyle on her and I can totally tell that her love for country is authentic and genuine. And her Vocals suit that genre very well also. She's extremely eclectic and can do anything she puts her mind to. She and Dan Nigo are one of the most iconic singer-songwriting producer duos in history in my not so humble opinion.

Chappell roan perfectly encapsulates what it’s like to be a girl growing up in the Midwest. The men telling you bup bup bup bup to shut you up so they can talk taught me that my voice was not valuable. Chappell has allowed me to have an idol when I do stand up for myself against people that don’t want to hear what I have to say. She taught me that I’m not in the wrong when somebody talks over me and I correct them. She is the first woman I’ve know in my life to tell me that I don’t have to sit by and wait it out. I am allowed to feel anger and show it. Thank you Chappell.

You can tell that she's really trying to navigate being herself while not trying to step on anyone's toes or assume or offend. I'm here for her.
