Wonderful lecture and i really learnt some points.

However, i have an issue with the projected monthly cash sales.

Since the annual projected sales is assumed to be $100, 000 by December 2005 which is 12 months from January 2005 to December 2005, why are we also assuming that for the 6 months cash budget, by June 2005 the projected sales figure of $100, 000 should be met? This is incorrect. Based on assumptions, the company should have met 50% of its projected sales, cost and expenses by June 2005; not 100%.


Would appreciate if this is clarified or explained. Thank you and keep up the good work.
