Hi Jen- thanks so much for showing us how to make these cheesecakes.  I am in love with dessert in those Kerr jars.  It is just too cute.  I can't wait to try this or the apple pie one- don't really have a preference as long as its in the jar.  LOL Did you use Ghiradelli white chocolate chips?  Cathy

OK. I finally got to watch the video. Looks like a delicious dessert to serve for the holidays. I may try making these. Probably now for Christmas because I am not prepared. Christmas is tomorrow! Yikes! I like seeing you baking more now. You seem more like your old self again.. We are getting ready to go out to a party. Enjoy your Christmas holiday!

KitchenAid has a paddle attachment that has a rubber part that scrapes the side of the bowl. We got ours on their website. It'll save you time on scraping the sides of the bowl. This recipe looks delicious, I love pumpkin anything.

Thank you so much for the idea and the step by step instruction. The flu went through our home, one by one, with a few of us having pneumonia too. We are a little late with Christmas and bringing in the 'New Year'. Hope you had a wonderful holiday and looking forward to another great year with you, Jen. Happy New Year. Cheers!

Love the pies in the tiny jars!!! I think if you use bar chocolate you don't get the stabilizers that are in chocolate chips, so you may get a smoother white chocolate. With a recipe like this I wouldn't think it even matters though. Keep the recipes coming!

Jen, just a tip I saw on YouTube. When u are scraping the sides of the bowl Then instead of wiping the excess off of the spatula onto the edge of the bowl, it's better to scrape the batter off of spatula onto the beater blade itself. That way u don't have to mess with wiping the bowl edges off again.
