In this episode, Joe De Sena sits down with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to discuss the importance of improving health and fitness across the country.

Kennedy addresses concerns related to public health agencies and the food industry, emphasizing the need for reform. He also shares personal stories about his family's commitment to physical endurance and discipline, including his father's 50-mile walk, which shaped his views on resilience.

They explore how modern lifestyles, particularly increased screen time and reduced outdoor activity, have impacted children's fitness. Kennedy advocates for reintroducing fitness into schools and encouraging parents to promote resilience and physical activity in their children.

The conversation concludes with a discussion on the importance of developing healthier habits and fostering a culture of physical fitness.

Amazing episode, of course I love the stories of the backyard, zip line and not being allowed inside the house until the dinner. Bell, we have a lot of work to do if we want to turn around the health of America, both for our adult population and especially our kids, our kids are the future.🏆🏆💪💪

Swimming, boxing, tennis, outdoor sports, etc. My goodness are we so far behind what we did as kids in the 70s and 80s.

Great video! I met RFK, Jr. in 2019 and I have been following him for many years. I am also a huge environmentalist.

I was born in 1963 and I remember many of the things Bobby was referencing especially about the President's Council on Physical Fitness. I was 230 lbs a year and a half ago and I am now 175 lbs. I started my own Physical Wellness journey by eating right, growing and consuming as much food as I could produce organically.

We also need to reach out to the 50 and over communities. Their health is declining as well as they are less and less active. I recently completed my first century ride and strive everyday to not go back to where I started.

Would love to join the fight MAHA movement and help not only the younger generation to get healthy again but help those heading into their Golden Years to be able to truly live their best Golden Years!!!

As a woman born the same year as RFK jr, I had always been enamored by the Kennedy family. I began following RFKJr more closely after my first DC rally in June of 2008. I absolutely love learning more and more about this brave man❤ The more we learn from him the better educated we will become as he is a wealth of knowledge ❤

I agree RFK Jr. is very knowledgeable and wish most of USA could see this. I grew up with the Presidental Fitness Test, so I can relate to him very well, what I can’t understand is a co-worker about 4 years junior of RFK Jr. believes all negative things said about him by media over the years. When I point out how things have changed on health of the kids we coach, the media, medical doctor care and food she can’t see it and she’s 9 years older than me. I really do think people have slowly been brainwashed into this lifestyle that we, including myself, start to forget how things use to be.

The biggest problem RFKJr has/had is getting people to listen to what he says himself in a long format interview and not what people say about him.

I walk 25 miles a day as a mailman on the 12 hour overtime desired list, and I still have to watch what I eat as to not gain weight. What they’re putting in our foods is ridiculous. If there’s barely hope for me to stay not fat, imagine how much little hope others have when it’s not their job to exercise. Most people don’t have the time to defeat what our foods are doing to us. Not to mention being priced out of healthy alternatives even with as much overtime I get.

God I love that man. Its funny because everything he is doing with the MAHA movement is shit I was thinking and saying someone should be doing for the last 5 years or so, then I found out about JFKs focus on fitness and the La Sierra program and then boom RFK jr comes out of nowhere like God's answer to my prayers.
