Great video! I would just add to trade your paper account like you would your live account. This gets overlooked by a lot of beginner traders and they'll come to realize how much their emotions increase dramatically when they transition to a live account. So it's always important to remain disciplined in that paper account so you can keep your emotions in check when you're in a real account. This helped me significantly when I started years back.

I've watched several videos trying to learn the basics of Day Trading and I must say, you've simplified things to understand in layman's terms and that's a HUGE plus! I'm presently in a career move and trying to learn about trading. I love numbers and always have, and was always infatuated with the stock market as a kid. I recently lost my Father to covid and it has flipped my life and family upside down. Were slowly recovering but, not just losing a loved one but, the financial damage it does to top things off. It's one of the reasons im trying to learn to Day Trade. I've been a Plumber for 20 plus years but my body is beat up and its time to use my brain from here on out! I like to stay away from penny stocks myself. My first week day trading. Monday up $380, Tuesday up $180, Wednesday up $220, Thursday down $150, Friday down $1500. Definitely taught me to take my gains sooner and implement a tighter stop loss.
