Loved the film and experienced it in a theater, but it's a simple fact that some of the de-aging shots were a failure. At no time did Deniro ever look younger than 45, even when he was supposed to look 30. That was a problem early on.

my honest and sincere opinion. The cast looks deaged, true. But not the way audiences had in mind at least not me as a viewer and cinema lover. It was pretty evident in the movie(netflix)...it didn't look natural. period.
