Buy my marbles here:

Over the last five years, on three trips to Tennessee, I picked up some "flint" that the local marble maker use to make shooter marbles from for the old game of Rolley Hole. This particular flint is tough and dense and is some of the only natural material that can hold up to the punishment of play this game.

Have you ever tried making a marble out of Jasper? It's also a microcrystalline quartz stone. The way it was told to me is that it's basically an agate that has more pigment. It can come in all kinds of pretty colors

I live right here on the line between Tennessee and Georgia. I love to rock hound, Metal Detect, and I even make marbles. Although I’ve never made a stone marble, I have a pretty nice lampwork set up, and several torches, kilns, and other things I put together over the past five years.
If you ever need any materials from this area, let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll try to get my hands on it and ship to you. I really enjoy your content!
