While the government has issued a blanket ban on social media platforms trying to promote the BBC documentary on Prime Minister Modi and the Gujarat riots. Some within India are trying to propagate this. Rahul Gandhi spoke on Tuesday about the BBC documentary on the Gujarat 2002 riots, which has sparked a significant national and worldwide debate. "The truth is bright. It has a repulsive tendency to emerge. Therefore, no amount of prohibition, tyranny, or intimidation will prevent the truth from emerging," he stated in a criticism of the BJP. In Thiruvananthapuram, where the Youth Congress exhibited the documentary series, there is a significant protest going on. The screening of India: The Modi Question will go on as planned, according to the Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union (JNUSU). The Student Islamic Organization (SIO) and Muslim Student Federation, also known as the fraternity group, organised the screening in Hyderabad.
