Selecting foreground and background doesn't change anything sadly;( in my case.
BTW I bought the paid version to have unlimited seconds and It gives you only 3 minutes per month. It sucks, that you can't experiment not wasting your seconds. The saving should be disabled, but you have to experiment for free to get to know the technology. Amazing techonolgy BTW;)

How can we know the parameters used when generating the transformed videos? To find the best parameters for our use case, we'll need to have a table with each row containing the following:
1. Input video
2. Prompt text/image/preset
3. Parameter values
3. Output video

This way, we can more efficiently find the best parameters for our use case. Without a data-driven approach, it'll be like randomly adjusting knobs without a clear strategy in mind, which hurts productivity and valuable credits.

After all, the credits are very limited and require repurchases even as a subscriber to Runway.

Without this database feature, I feel like I'll need to spend at least 50 dollars just to see if my intended transformation works. There is also no guarantee that the outcome will be satisfactory or at the production level.

On top a database feature, I hope the runway team builds a web interface to make it easy for users to find the optimal parameters.
This exercise is very similar to finding hyperparameters in machine learning models.

Perhaps Runway can draw inspiration on whatever tool Runway is using internally to tune their models and create a web interface for users here to find optimal parameters for Gen 1 video to video transformation..

I love the concept and the game change. Gen1 is still very limited for creative usage but you make me excited about the near future

Is it possible to let's say, process a long video 5 seconds at a time and then stitch it back together? I guess if you use the same seed and style the animation should be pretty consistent right? Has anybody accomplished this with Gen01?

You really need to put more time because for a pro make 2 minutes 30 per month it's just riddiculous. WORST : 2 minutes 30 included bad test, make a system where the tests are not including whan it's not downloading by users 🙂

there seems to be a problem as of 20th augusr 2023. I cant seem to get my renders past 60%. They're always stuck and nothing seems to render out.

Hello, I wanted to leave a comment, your technology is very good and easy to use, but the cost per month is too high, I wanted to use your technology to remove the background from my videos but for 12 euros per month it's too much, if you lower it to 5 euros a year people would buy them, since there are people who just want to remove the background from the videos but it is too expensive
