Hang on, if the 250's growth is much better than the 100 (if that remains the case) then a tiny difference in the dividend yield would certainly make the Vanguard 250 etf a better choice, you're getting the growth as well!

The FTSE-250 index contains lots of investment trusts. If you are looking for UK exposure and already have a portfolio of investment trusts then you might want to consider a FTSE-250 excluding investment trusts fund such as L&G.

Well compare it against Vanguard VUSA S&P 500 ucit ETF. 0.07% ocf averaged return over the last 90 years 10% also recommend by Warren Buffet no less.
