It is an investment piece for me. I am blessed beyond! I own my house. A 'steal of a deal' purchase, it was built by my Granny when she was my age and she lived here, beside my parents, until she passed. I bought it from her a few years prior to her passing. I moved in after my divorce and, as is typical of a 30+ year old home, it needs A LOT of past due maintenance done and A LOT of modernizing (not aesthetics, mind you, just basics like plumbing and wiring and code upgrades for safety). I needed this saw. No one I knew had this type saw. I invested in this saw and she is magnificent for the price.

Tip: Get an adaptor and hook the hose of a shop vac to the outlet for the dust bag. Flip on your shop vac before powering up your saw. It helps tremendously!
