The sound seems to me much more colourful and analogue with the Regen in the chain, but with a bit less urgency and tension. Is that tension natural or a digital byproduct? I wish we knew the answer after so many digital years...

So you would not recommend to buy a Uptone audio iso regen if you own a Denafrips Ares 2. Is that correct?
