Below are the steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing and then campaigns.
2. Click the task tab, and click create tasks.
3. Enter the title for the task.
4. Choose task type.
5. Select the campaign you want to associate the task with.
6. Assign it to a team member.
7. Set a due date and due time for the task.
8. Enter any notes for the task.
9. Click Save to save the settings.
10. You can see the task on the calendar at the selected date and time.
11. You can also review, edit, and complete the tasks on the Tasks tab or edit them directly on your marketing calendar.
