I got tons of that stuff, and I'll never sell!!! When I die my kids might, but I doubt it. Daughter will prob take all my Legos.

Collecting Lego Pirates will give you plenty of expensive parts, in my collection for example, I have almost every original ship (just missing 6280) and all the sails are at least 40$ a piece, and one of the sails (from 6250) is 150, making it my most expensive sail. That same set also has part 30033 which goes for around 80-100 in perfect shape (like mine is). The last expensive piece from that set is the hulls, which are 20$ a piece. I also have 5 of those blue palm tree top/lantern pieces, and my most expensive piece is a trapdoor (30042) in red from 6281, which goes for an insane 250$. There’s also a bunch of expensive Pirates minifigures too, but i won’t bring that up.
