Hi, i got my bb passport today. It was having an bb id and i don’t know the password. So, i tried updating to the latest os. But, now it stuck in the setup loop.
I’ve tried the screen reader and power off methods many times?

Do you think i can recover this?
I believe the protect was on. Do you think i should downgrade before trying these fixes? and do you know the previous os autoloader links?

It’ll be so great if you could help. I’ve did autoloading with latest firmware
