Amenities are much much better than the ones in the U.S. Condos themselves are not bad. I don't want alot of living space anyway. I could go out every day and explore the city.

Congratulations bro, I'll be looking for a condo just like that when I arrive in October. I've been communicating with an agent online while I'm still in Canada but It looks like I should probably get there first and hunt around like you did. That condo is really spacious and the amenities are incredible.
