Many people have doubts that there is life after death. But in this message, I’m going to show you why I believe there is more after this life than this life. Yes, there is more to come because death is both an end and a beginning. As we look at what the Bible has to say and what Jesus had to say about life after death, we’ll learn three things. Let’s dive in.

This is the best and most concise sermon I have ever heard on end times of the human body. I think that Dr. James Merritt is one of the smartest pastors out there. Thank you for this message.

Judaism has a type of reincarnation as part of it theology. This is present in the gospels.
You would find that most orthodox rabbis today would state their belief in reincarnation.
This presentation is correct that our body is just a house (avatar) and our spirit returns to God. It is over to God if he send your spirit to occupy a new body such as Elias being John the Baptist.
I can already imagine that Heb9:27 is going to be quoted but this is one of the most misquoted verses ever. It must be read as part of the chapter as intended by the writer not cherry picked out to mean something that it is not. In short the chapter is talking about the reoccurring sacrifice that the high priest carried out yearly as a sacrifice for the sins of the Jews and how Christ sacrifice on the cross replaced that by a single act at the end of the ages. It also states that Christ would have had to come many times and suffer had he not left it till the end of ages (Heb9:26). That flies in the face of the ‘cherry picked’ understanding.
