I’ve had my Coleman for 25 years and it’s never let me down

My cheap Coleman has worked great for decades. It has been used hundreds of times. Replacement parts are readily available and cheap.

Maybe the distance between burner and grill/plate is because the burners are wider and this way u get full coverage of the flame on your cookware. Only a guess. Bon a petite

Thanks for the demo. Love that its so slender and has options for the tank placement, but I'd be hard pressed to call those windguards as they're almost non-existant. That, along with the grate being so far from the flame, is going to make it hard to heat anything on a windy day.

It's a nice stove, however I still use my dad's Coleman stove he cooked on when I was a kid. So been going strong since the late 70s.

Gsi stove is nice. I have had that exact Coleman stove going on 29 year all original. It’s been through hot alberta summers and cold alberta winters ice fishing as of today I have had zero issues . All original parts. However i Agree the stiff bottle connector is a hassle some days . Thanks for the great videos

You should link videos from the part 1 to the part 2 in the descriptions. Would help followers chain from one video to the next. Just a quick idea, but really like your videos!!

I've done tests on mine. I don't see any differences when it comes to "heat loss." I have 2 different Coleman stoves. However, I love the GSI.

You would be nice to see a water boil time comparison.

Well Technically thats NOT a PROPANE BOTTLE that a PROPANE TANK, and I do that with my coleman stoves. You just need a hose attachment. By the way, I had a custom hose attachment made to accommodate 2 coleman Stoves LARGE family . over 30 yrs of camping, AND I STILL HAVE THEM. Well I recently gave one of them to my son, who uses it when he takes his growing family camping . So I guess I still have one . Oh and they get used multiple times during the year. COLEMAN STOVES awsome .

so propane connectors are standard sizes u can just get a flexible hose for the coleman. just sayin

You can probably find, or make a flexible, hose for the Coleman. Still be cheaper.

$80 God you got ripped off. I gave 10 bucks for mine. 2 burner Coleman stove, about 30 years ago and it still works great.

There is no heat loss, the optimum distance is just that for burning the fuel
