He plays with the rashness and impatience of youth, reminds me of Fazil's own younger days. When you are playing the notes they are very sharp and energetic. As Fazil got older and matured, so did this piece. The reason it is hard because the song is about life and death, and it covers all of the emotions in between. The joy and the sorrow, being hopeful and worried, being happy and angry, there is an entire life fitted into this piece. To capture each element of emotions in the correct pacing and get the audience to fully be immersed in that emotion is very hard. I think you are a great pianist for attempting to play this in front of all these people, it's not an easy song to play, and with enough time you will also get the feel of the spirit of this song.
