E36 door panels and rear door panels are known for peeling. I had my rear panels re-vinyl'ed but I needed to glue the inserts. According to the upholstery shop I used, the best type of glue for vinyl to vinyl gluing is the HH-66 I used. LMK your thoughts and if you've used different glue successfully! Cheers!

Just curious, did you have the entire panel reupholstered? Or just the center insert piece? The shop did a great job, regardless.
