At 30:30  - Isn`t  XeF4 a octahedral with a square planar geometry - Where are the 2 lone pairs?

At 12:08 shouldn't it be 3s & 3p for Chlorine?

Cl configration 1S2 2S2 2p6 3S2 3p5 so 3p orbital have 5 electrons while in this leacture show 2p5 orbital plz check
