I have 3 children, two of whom have major food issues and are awaiting sen assessment. Tonight we had your chicken curry. One of my children who hasn't really been eating, licked her plate clean! And the other who has refused chicken for the last 3 years, ate half of her chicken curry! I am blown away. It was so delicious and I cannot thank you enough!

What is peri peri salt?
Oh I have a nice tip btw. You can steam whole potatoes (leave the skin on) at the beginning of the week, until you can put a fork in them easily. You can keep them in the fridge for up to five days, but don't cover them. I just put them on a plate and whack them in the fridge. You can cut them up like fries when you need them, put some spices/herbs/salt on them and put them in airfryer or oven on 180-200 for about 10-15 mins. No oil needed. They are so good!

I do 90% of my shopping at Aldi, as they have the best prices on fresh veg, for my vegan family. The other 5% I need to shop elsewhere, e.g. when I need tofu, which Aldi doesn't sell 😪 and 5% online bulk orders for grains etc.

The chicken looks good but it's not butter chicken. That has a tomato base (and is also super cheap and fairly easy to make)

This is great. I never see pizza dough recipes with yeast. I don't understand how people get by w the yeast packets though. It's so expensive and inconvenient. Isn't it more convenient to just buy a block of bread yeast online and keep it in the fridge or freezer? That's what I do. It keeps for years
