I think it depends on what season of Rick and what version of comic Rick.

Season 1 and Season 2 would be fair fights.

Early comic Rick would be a decent comparison.

But anything beyond the prison or farm arc I can't see Lee beating due to the simple fact we never saw Lee's full potential.

I mean it's actually quite a symbolic fight Rick Grimes was known as his infamous for being a sheriff before the events of walking Dead happened while on the exact opposite side
Lee killed someone because they were having an affair with his wife and when the apocalypse started he was on his way to prison to serve his sentence it's a former murderer versus a former lawman

Since the game takes place in the comic version of twd it would be so insane if im the rick and michone spin off we get to see lee kenny clem and aj in a group and they team up with rick for a couple episodes then they go there separate ways

Lee was an amazing character who tried to save everybody, even his enemies if he could. Rick on the other hand was brutal and strong enough to make hard decisions. Lee avoided fights and remained passive to keep clementine safe, while rick grimes killed everyone and everything that was a danger to his group. Lee managed to save one girl but Rick was the reason humanity remained alive and got a second chance against the virus

Lee is more durable, in my opinion tho, he got bit several times during the last chapter, took on a bullet to the stomach, and cut his arm arm, basically shrugging it all off as if it didn’t happen, if he lived through the rest of the game series, I bet that would’ve been such a great ending for Lee, everybody loves him, not just because he was the main player, but it’s because of the personality the game gave him and how important he was to the fans, I hope to see another game with him in it
