This is the new 2022 Miku Expo Rewind Glowstick and Cover.
An updated design compared to last years version. The main colour is lighter and the outer ball has the Rewind logo instead of the lines. The cover is also different, featuring smaller cat instead of the earlier one's bunny ears.
It cycles through 7 colours which represent all of the vocaloid characters: Hatsune Miku, Rin, Len, Luka, Kaito & Meiko.
This was ordered on Amazon Japan a few months ago from the Hobbystock store.
Music is the 2022 Digital Stars theme song "Hello Builder" by Utsu-P.
